Composition:

Handmade pasta made from Italian durum and soft wheat flour.
Filling: ricotta cheese, spinach, parmesan, bechamel sauce, marinara sauce, bolognese sauce.

Recipe:

1. Oven 180 °C.
2. Place the frozen cannelloni in a dish and pour over the sauce (if included).
3. Bake for 35–40 minutes under foil.
4. Open and leave for another 5–7 minutes to brown.
