Cabbage leaves wrap the filling of minced veal and pork, rice, carrots and onions. The sauce of peeled tomatoes and sour cream makes the taste tender and satisfying. A classic of Ukrainian cuisine in a modern version.

Composition:

Ready. Filling: minced veal, pork, rice, cabbage, carrots, onions, sunflower oil, salt, pepper. Sauce: peeled tomatoes, onions, carrots, sour cream, salt, pepper.

Recipe:

1. Frying pan/saute pan: place defrosted cabbage rolls in sauce
2. Simmer under the lid for 10-15 minutes over low heat.
3. In the oven: form, sauce, 180 °C, 10-15 min.
